While I agree and 20 days late is not acceptable, as I recall, Harry never bothered to pass one at all...

Comparing yourself to Harry is like a politician comparing themselves to Hitler. Unacceptably low standard.

I believe we have only failed 8 times in our history. 6 times under Harry Reid and now for the 2nd year in a row under McConnell. 1 out of 3 is bad.

And understand, this is NOT the budget. Its merely the framework around which the 12 budget bills will be crafted. They still have to actually do the budget.

Since when do budgets originate in the Senate?

Why do we have a budget if we never come in under it? Isn't that the entire point of having a budget?
