It's official per secsports.com

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- Arkansas and Texas will renew their college football rivalry at 11 a.m. CT on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2003 in a game televised by ABC Sports. The game, slated for Austin, Texas, will be televised as part of a split national broadcast along with North Carolina State at Ohio State.

It will be the first meeting between the two schools since the Razorbacks topped the Longhorns 27-6 in the 2000 Southwestern Bell Cotton Bowl. Arkansas also claimed the last regular season matchup with a 14-13 win at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock in 1991.

Like we didn't expect this game to be televised... I can't believe it's not completely national instead of split with NCSt-OSU, though. That's a little weird.

Yeah, not a shock...just officially in the books now.

CBS gets the rights to the 2004 UA-texass game in Fayetteville. Home sites determined how ABC and CBS got the 2 games.

Let's thank stadium expansion though. Without 72,000 seats, Arkansas prolly would've had a tougher time bringing in Texas again, and definitely would have with Southern Cal and Michigan.
