He has no chance of winning it. Actually I wouldn't be surprised at all if Green Bay signs him this week after losing Aaron Rodgers for the year with a shoulder injury. It wouldn't make their fan base very happy but it could happen. They may also try to get Tony Romo out of retirement.

But the bottom line is Colin's grievance is screwed, and the Packers are pretty much screwed whatever direction they go.

I wouldn't touch him with a 50 foot pole no matter what my QB situation. He ain't Tom Brady or Cam Newton. He is, jhowever, a player who can't get out of his own way and will bring down anyone around him.

If Kaepernick were wise he would go up and play in the CFL, work on his game and keep his mouth shut for a year. If she showed any maturity and understanding that the Owners are running a business and not a grievance outlet then he would get a shot somewhere in a year.
