There's no difference here. If you desire sex with children that's a deviant mental condition and if you act upon it there's two deviant desires into which one delves into an unlawful act. It's just like homosexuality, you might think you'd like sex with a member of the same sex. That alone won't make you a practicing homosexual just a mentality deficient one. Doing it with a same gender crosses that bridge.

Both are mental conditions. If the APA doctors don't accept it it's probably because "most" of them lean the Liberal way.

The Hollywood pedos are better protected than pervs like Harvey Weinstein.
