RE: Packed Stadium
I got the chance to use some club seats last year. If it weren't for the money, lack of interest in the game by most, and the conversation being of 0 interest to me I'd be in the club seats for every game. I guess all I'm saying is if you give me the lobster bisque, private entrance, and the private bathroom for the same price I paid for the 400's I'd be all over it. I did get to see Charles Haley walking around which was cool but I don't ever envision myself having the money to spend on those seats to sit inside on a leather couch and chat during the game. #differentlife

While there are many in the club seats there just to socialize, there are also plenty that are in their seats watching the game the vast majority of the time. Certainly, when the game is out of hand you will se even those folks go inside and get some food/drink, etc., but people in many of the others seats just leave completely.

One thing that helps get the club seats fuller this year is now you can bring alcohol to your seat

I own club seats and USE them! But, there are plenty of club seats that are bought, but not used, mainly due to the socializing allure of the club itself. The money that these people donate give them that right, but I agree given the location of these gold seats, it doesn't look good to have so many empty.

One solution: Make the gold seats PURPLE!

Good Idea. They are inside the corral regardless.

Well, our televised games are thankfully shot from that side of the field so you don't see it that much except when they pan across so it's not all that bad. Hey, in the interim before the new basketball facility is built, can we get all purple seats in the convo? 04-cheers

Wasn't sure where to post this but didn't want to start a new thread. Is there any risk of us Godwin folks being relocated Saturday? It's been a pretty rainy week (at least it has been in Richmond).

It hasn't rained that much here. There is still rain to come, but I don't think it will be anywhere close to enough to worry about that.

Hope you're right.
