so good a chance of winning that Vegas made Toledo a 10 point favorite.... so you must know more than Vegas, or you are just going to never return to the board if they lose. That is pretty typical.

You don't know me, and I don't know you, but to think that Las Vegas is the be all to predicting winners in any athletic contest is just laughable. I hope you do know that much of their predicting is based on who is betting on whom. So, just because most are betting on Toledo, doesn't mean that is how it is going to turn out. That is why we play the game.

Rockets run D is terrible, but fortunately EMU's run offense is even worse - last in the MAC, and 30 yards per game less than the terrible #11 BGSUx. Terry Swanson has more rushing yards than the EMU team. Rockets pass D is much better and so I do not believe EMU will be able to light up the scoreboard, in spite of UT's questionable D.

EMU's D is good, but they haven't exactly played a bunch of offensive juggernauts to this point. The Rutgers QB through for more yards against EMU than any other team they faced, for example. They certainly haven't faced a passing attack like Woodside, Thompson, Johnson & co. Miami fans swore that the Miami D would sack Woodside on every play and he'd be lucky to make any throws ... yet he threw for 340+ yards and 3 TDs - would have had even more if not for 4-5 out and out drops. I don't expect EMU to be better than Miami in pass defense.

EMU's much improved, but expect the Rockets to win by 2-3 TDs, as seems to be the consensus here.

FYI.... EMU’s two wins are over teams not in the top 100 of the Massey ratings. And you want to talk about not playing anyone.

Dear Huron fan,
Please don't take this crap too seriously. I only have the UK game to judge Eastern by and they looked good. I've seen every Toledo game this season and we haven't played to our potential. If EMU is legitimately as good as they looked and we don't improve, Eastern could win. Being a Rocket fan on a Rocket board, I'll say UT 56 EMU 3. Seriously though, I'll just take Toledo in a close one because I don't know what to expect. I never really enjoyed doing predictions.
