RE: Jake Elliott big day
My guess is if you watched the NFL with any sort of consistency then you still do.

If you once in awhile flipped on a game when there is nothing else on then you are probably one of the people protesting the protest.

Silently, meaninglessly, and in your head.

Seems pointless but hey ...

Wave that flag.

Wave it wide and high.

Summer time has come and gone my oh my.

I know a lot of people that watched every Sunday before all of this started that don't watch it anymore. It might not be a widespread thing but when owners that were "totally with" protesting players 2 weeks ago are now asking that they all stand something on the other end is working.

LOL.

Okay.

But here's the thing, anybody who has more of a problem with players taking a knee during the national anthem in protest of police brutality than those players astronomical salaries or criminal records is just a dumb***.

Ray Lewis has a freaking statue in the Baltimore Ravens stadium.

This dude murders people for the hell of it.

Nobody had an issue with it until Ray Lewis took a knee in London.

Now, they want to tear it down.

The national anthem was written during the Battle of Baltimore, if memory serves, during a war against England because Americans were protesting oppression.

There is so much irony wrapped up in all of that.

I don't know where to begin discussing how dumb that is.

This is the house that these fans built.
