Are you confusing Kugler with Army's Jeff Monken? That question/response was exactly what the sideline reporter said after halftime - when he was telling the audience what Monken had said.

Nope, Kugler wanted to run the ball, even into a loaded box, at least 40 times a game. He hated having to pass.
