This seems to go beyond hate. It is an irrational, envy/jealousy stalker type fixation at this point. I just dismiss it.

The notion that USM has a better resume and that a win over ULM overshadows their two losses is laughable no matter how much you want it to be so. I really doubt even USM fans themselves would make that argument but you are so blinded by your hate that you are trying to make it for them.

I chuckled at the Wilson pic but then again I'm not an overly PC person. The double standard is definitely funny though. I've seen them say stuff about the demographics of SA too (Mexican- Americans).

I had not seen the Wilson photo. I admit, it also gave me a slight chuckle. Although it is creative, I can't support the reference. I agree, it is uncalled for. There are plenty of areas we can pick on each other without making light of a very serious problem.

As to the cultural aspects of San Antonio... it was founded as a Spanish colony, long before the United States became a nation. It has an important and rich Spanish history. Over the past 150 years many Hispanic and some Anglo populations have migrated to the community, and altered or flat out re-wrote much of the true history surrounding the area. Please educate tourists so they don't put on a sombrero and zurrapa to take a picture with a donkey. That's not the real culture or historical clothing of San Antonio.

I'm Spanish and I've seen comments on our board that make light of the Hispanic culture of San Antonio, but only in a light-hearted way, never in a serious or raciest way. Most of our fans love the city, including me. Our board has a great owner and he would not stand for any poster trying to use his board to spread racial division.

There's a lot of hate between our programs, more then some want to believe. This board will probably get pretty ugly next week. Some of those posts would probably make a sailor blush. A few posters can't wait to hate. Poor UTSA can't even focus on their game with Southern Miss because the hate is so strong. Only real hate can cause such irrational behavior.
