PJ?

For a school that has horrible marketing issues, I do think PJ would have solved that problem here. Would have been interesting to see how that might have turned out.

His antics may get awfully annoying, but there is no doubt he brings a buzz to whatever program he is at. Imagine NIU's recruiting if he was here.......

Exactly, you’d have to give a little to get and we would have definitely had to deal with his annoying antics. However, to see Huskie Stadium full again and get tons of national media buzz around the program again. I’d be down for that for sure

I'd bet if he were the coach the last couple years generating all that buzz, we would be underway or finished with the "Master plan" stadium expansion. No doubt more donors would pour money in.

Wouldn’t be surprised at all if that were the case. Either way, I guarantee we get more than 10k fans at home games

We'll never know...but even if he was a success here...

....he wouldn't have stayed when given the chance to go P5.

Yeah he would have absolutely left for a P5 program. All we would have needed him for was the buzz and getting the Master Plan underway. Matt Simon could have taken over for him after he left haha

Actually that’s another name that I wouldn’t be shocked to see come up in the conversation whenever Rod is gone

Thankfully, PJ is not here. I'd have to find another team to support. I can't row or swim.
