CBSSN debacle
There are things to love about CBSSN, decent studio show, very good HD broadcast. However, if they are going to show games in succession with no time buffer (3:30), they HAVE to start offering a streaming service. NIU and SDSU fans will miss the first quarter of the game tonight because of the AFA and New Mexico weather delay. For NIU fans not a big deal, but SDSU fans will miss a quarter of their TOP 25 team playing. Pretty awful, get with the streaming age CBSSN.

We'll be lucky if it's only the first quarter.

Truly ridiculous. Between this year and last year, 1st quarters between SDSU and NIU are something cherished only by those in attendance. Missed a lot of the 1st quarter on CBSSN last year also

A three and a half hour window is not enough, particularly with today's college games lasting up to 4 hours when both teams are slinging 50-60 passes each game.

Indeed. And ESPECIALLY when you have no other alternative channel or streaming service available.

And these 2 teams are a hot mess...penalties, fumbles, dropped passes.

They should just cut this game off and go to the NIU game.

Where's your apology MD?
Apparently they are in the streaming age and clearly made the decision to move the other game to it instead of missing an opportunity to show the No. 19-rated team with the nation's No. 2 rusher.

Yeah I was shocked they cut to NIU/SDSU.

CBSSN in general has been great all year. Their broadcasts do a stellar job of showcasing the stadium and rivalry (if applicable). ESPN spends half their telecasts talking about the SEC/CFP/game of the week. Worlds different.

I apologize lol. I have never seen them cut off a game before, common sense prevailed, having said that, they still need an alternate feed. I know they had an internet stream, but they need to make that available.
