Mine was freezing like crazy on my laptop connected to wifi. I switched to my Amazon Fire connected to the same wifi bout 10 minutes ago and it's been smooth sailing.

I'm not sure if each is using 2.4 v. 5, so that may be part of it. Or maybe my lappy needs a reboot?
