This will go beyond just Louisville, but that right there is funny. They say this will affect around 50 universities. My thought last night was I wonder if this will land at some of the mid major darlings who seem to start to win just over night.

That's what I'm thinking. Always wondered how Gonzaga appeared out of several years ago. And still seem to always be in the basketball mix. Not accusing them, understand.07-coffee3

That is the funniest thing I've seen all day.

Guy who made it must have been in a big hurry to be first. He forgot the period after the "I".

They should make one for each of the programs that goes down in this investigation. It would be fun to speculate on which programs might be squirming right now. I can think of a couple in the AAC I have questions about.

I'm thinking more in terms of Butler, the Zags started as Cinderella in 97 under Dan Monson (now at Long Beach State). Butler on the other hand came out of no where and made it to the championship game 2 years in a row.

They are a espn baby. Winning at the right time and in the right place...

the west coast was really down with hardly any good teams back when the Zags made the sweet 16 a few years in a row. ESPN pimped them to be the west coast darlings.

I don't think any of the mid manor darlings really did anything illicit to get where they are. Mark Few, Brad Stevens, and Gregg Marshall are all phenomenall coaches. Its not like those achools suddenly starting hauling in 5 star players. They built those.programs.up organically and then the better recruits started coming, and even today they aren't taking in 5 star guys, though I think Gonzaga has gotten maybe 2 or 3.

The guy who made them is none other than former UK QB, Jared "the Hefty Lefty" Lorenzen.

You're kidding right? You ever watch him play arena league back in the day? He was awesome.
