At the Elite Eight game vs. Ohio State in '07, my son and I got by the ushers and sat on the 4th row, directly in front of Jeremy Hunt's mom.

Hunt goes crazy, scores 26 points off the bench, hit five 3-pointers, and I honestly thought his mom was going to have a heart attack. Nice lady. She was screaming and crying and jumping up and down. Good times.

JH was nice to me. I played a handful of games of HORSE with him at the Finch, but clearly he has some big issues/problems. He needs some good people around him. Alcohol can destroy.

Easily could have gotten 2-4 years due to the other guy being injured.

Vehicular assault (injury to another person while drunk driving) – Class D felony punishable by 2 to 4 years’ incarceration and loss of license for up to 5 years

With Hunts history, the multiple DUIs, the DUI related loss of legs and the beating of a woman, Hunts sentence should have been measured in years not days. He's going to kill someone.

Jeremy Hunt was a good guy. Played with him a lot in the rec in college. But he always swarmed on the "extreme" side. One day he would be extremely goofy/playful, the next day extremely competitive/angry. Always have to watch for those folks who don't seem to have a middle ground.
