Why was Ruffin forced out again? And if it was such a bad move, why aren't donors putting force on the President and/or AD to make a change?

ECU wouldn't pay Ruffins assistants. At one point Ruffin flipped off ECU fans --- then it went south from there.

I am calling it right here.........Navy 59 Tulsa 56

I am also calling here. Tulsa doesn't go bowling this year. Plus no way does Tulsa put 56 points on Navy. Won't happen. Tulsa has yet to find a throwing game this season. This is from what I seen from Tulsa's first 4 games. At this point Tulsa would lucky to score 21 on Navy. Also Navy runs at will on Tulsa. Tulsa isn't 1-3 for nothing.
