BTW, Sunday night's Falcons-Patriots game drew a 12.6 rating. Game 1 of the World Series did a 10.2 (which isn't horrible by recent MLB standards but down from last year's Cubs-Indians Game 1). But I do think the ratings will improve now that we seem to have a competitive series going. Obviously MLB wanted LA-NY but screw 'em.

I'm currently watching Revenge of the Sith on TNT. Although I don't care much for the prequel Star Wars movies, I feel the need to re-watch them as I get ready for the Last Jedi in December.

Besides, watching the worst Star Wars movies is still better then watching the Houston EXans take a knee.

I'm watching Clifford the Big Red Dog. I guess my 2 year old daughter gets Sunday reins on the remote now.

Can you believe I didn't watch the 'skins-'boys game? Wow, I guess I'm really serious about this boycott. That's the classic Cowboys and Indians old western tv show...and I didn't watch it, *patting myself on the shoulder*. I still don't know the score. Instead my wife and I went to church (gotta pray for Stinky) then we went to an outlet mall to return a couple of shoes that my wife bought through the internutz and didn't fit right. Then, this is the clincher, (remember me telling you about my diet?) well I broke that today and ate a bacon cheeseburger from Whataburger (now I remember why I stopped eating there, uneventful to say the least). I'll regret it tomorrow when I weigh myself in the morning. But, hey, I'm entitled to a some sinful pleasures sometimes.

Don't know what he is watching, but we do know what GOAT Vin Scully ISN'T watching...

I haven't watched the NFL in years. Would rather play golf or watch something else. I find the game boring. Someone once said that it combines the two worst aspects of American culture--mass violence and committee meetings. Since teams don't huddle much any more, the second may not apply directly, but the concepts are still there.

I'll go to a Super Bowl party, and maybe watch some of the game, but that's about it.

I much prefer NCAA football to the NFL. As a Rice alum and fan, that's pretty sad right now. But at least I have other programs I like that are pretty good.
