Evans had a phenomenal game. Had 472 total yards with 6 TD’s. Five of those TD’s were rushing TD’s tying the ULM record rushing. Should be SBC offensive player of week and LA player of the week too.

We don’t know because he has shown flashes of this. Evans problem has been consistency He had a really good game as true freshman then struggled some. He balled all fall. Maybe just needed the confidence. He only started one year at QB in HS I think. Hoping ends up like his brother vs Ozzie Canseco. He has all the tools to be special. Guess we will find out in the next few games.

He was pedestrian as hell against southern miss but lit up UL. Obviously UL has a terrible defense...
