Trump calls for NFL boycott.
I am in. Phuck millionaires disrespecting our flag.

if protesters aren't fired.. boycott nfl

Trump added that if fans would "leave the stadium" when players kneel in protest during the national anthem, "I guarantee, things will stop."

If you read the comments about this in articles on sites like pft and The Hill the vast majority of Americans support President Trump for his stance against these bull**** protesters.

It's gonna be hard for some. Football is a religion to many, unfortunately, and those that buy tickets will be reluctant to leave the stadium after all the trouble getting there. It would be nice but it would be more amazing if the owners who don't care about anything but their pocketbook would penalize the players that kneeled or disrespected the flag.

I doubt it will. If anything some players are adamant about showing their hate for the US. They hate it so much that it hurts them to pick up their checks.

The military should stop paying the sports' leagues for tributes if they haven't already done so. Unfortunately, most men nowadays only act based on budget.

They have to brainwash the masses.

I think it's funny we think the majority care. The majority don't even vote.

RE: Trump calls for NFL boycott.
How does he take such a hard stand on this, but wants us to have a nuanced understanding of the white supremacists in Charlottesville? There were good people on the white supremacists side, but the NFL players are "sons of *******".

It's inconsistent, it's petty, it's even more divisive than what was happening before.

You don't get many presidents publicly going against the first amendment saying that people should be fired for using it.

People who kill are good. Taking a knee, bad. President retard and his short bus supporters are very sad people. Match made in hell.

Right or wrong most of America is tired and annoyed with these anthem protests. Generally protesting is done on your own time not at your place of employment

They don't pay them for tributes. They pay them for advertising. Effective propaganda.

We fight each other, while he avoids the real issue. Trump is winning. The rest of us, not so much.

It's not wrong that "most of America is tired and annoyed" (don't even know if that's true), but it is wrong for a president to come out like this regarding a private business that's doing nothing wrong legally.

Imagine the atmosphere here if Obama had come out and supported the boycott of Chick Fil A by calling the CEO a SOB.

Man 2017 is an interesting time.
