Direct tv is currently showing dateline during the 7:00 time slot tomorrow night.

will the game actually be on direct tv or is there another local NBC Channel?

new to direct tv so unsure of the options. appreciate any advice on recording.

My Directv (In Tulsa OK), shows the game on channel 700-something.

You might check that. Although, I have the Extra Sports Pack.

If you have Memphisl channel 5 on your DirecTV, I would record the Dateline program and add enough time to it to cover a football game. I'm guessing it's a local only broadcast and DirecTV just hasn't changed the schedule.

However, I actually have no idea if that will work or not. I'm just bored so I thought I would reply.

Game is on ESPN3 as well. Should be available for replay there.

Just because it's showing on that channel doesn't mean you can view it. It might be blacked out locally.

Just because it's showing on that channel doesn't mean you can view it. It might be blacked out locally.

Good point. But, if you have the "sports pack" you should be ok.

Xfinity in Hornalke still has Dateline NBC listed on channel 5.
