Decided this morning I'm heading to Blacksburg. Bought our tickets on StubHub but need to know how the tailgate lots work. Are there places we can just pay to park, raise our ODU flag, and get the party started?

You can park in the lot at the corner of Campus Drive and Prices Fork Road. It will cost $10 or $20 to park there, but you can raise your flag and play some corn hole. The only drawback is that you are on the exact opposite side of campus from Lane. It will take you 15-20 minutes to walk from the lot to Lane.

We are tailgating off of Otey St. There might be some pay to park lots over there.

Were hitchhiking a ride with my wife's uncle from Roanoke, who is a VT STH. Booze has been purchased. Cooler is packed. And most importantly, our ODU flag will be smuggled in to his truck to raise the colors.

He ain't going to like me hoisting those colors. But he can't stop it.
