Darius Phillips: O/U 2.5 all-purpose touchdowns vs. Wagner?
Seems ludicrous on the surface, but I think 2.5 is actually a fair number here.

Why wouldn't it happen in the 2nd half if a blow out? Give the other DBs some extra playing time... and especially if Wagner's going 3-and-out a lot, Phillips won't be tired.

I know it'd be only finishing up the 1st 1/3rd of the season, but if not during Wagner in the 2nd half with a yuge lead, then I can't see how he'd likely ever test it out.

If the game is in hand by 3rd quarter, maybe 21 point lead. Then there's no use in risking injury for DP and we'll need to give a backup returner much needed experience.

LOL. If DP is everything we all think he is he should be kicking field goals and extra points.
