Injuries
Saw some of the team at the game Saturday. Peter Jurkin was in a boot, and Rodriguez was wearing a sling on his arm.

RE: Injuries
Doesn't sound good. Hope its something that can be worked through before they get rolling full steam. With Jurkins injury history doesn't sound good and Rodriguez is probably a starter if healthy

RE: Injuries
Any updates with these injuries? With practice officially starting I'm curious how to hear how these guys are doing and if they are expected to be back in time for the start of the season.

From what I am hearing it wasn't that bad of an injury and he will soon start to practice through it.

That is some good news I was hoping to hear. I think we are going to be pretty good this year.

RE: Injuries
Forbes has consistently praised Rodriguez, saying that he'd rate him second on the overall team depth chart (behind Desonta, presumably). Still, I hope they don't push unnecessarily. I'm perfectly willing to sacrifice some games in November and December to have the best possible team healthy for conference.

RE: Injuries
Dang that stinks. You could tell he wasn’t 100% in the open practice though. So who enters the rotation now? Edwards?

Basically becomes 3 man rotation with Burrell, Harrison and Armus. Jurkin likely to get a few more minutes but still only 8-10 per game. Still better than year one when Banks was really the only effective big man.

Any chance Bo will see some action at the '4'...Kind of like when 6'4" Dane Bradshaw played there at UT?
