You know, we let Russia take Crimea and didn't do anything. I'm thinking we take Cuba and tell them to stand down. Cuba could be a heck of an asset, lots of potential and would attract a ton of private investment. The quality of life of the natives would increase tremendously.

It could actually become what it should have been until Castro messed it up.

I've oft wondered why we didn't do that moons ago....unfortunately, the short sighted ones that controlled the USD at the time didn't want to annex.....

Teller Amendment and sugar is why it didn't happen....back then it was all about controlling crops and amazingly (sarc) preserving and promoting the USD....

what's that saying??? "Too much, Too little, Too late"

or in southern miss terminology....TTT
