The line stays ... when a conference below the line is ineligible the race for the Access Bowl because they have a Contracted bowl spot in the CFP coalition, I'll believe they have moved above the line.

So long as there are five conferences with contract bowl spots in the CFP and five conferences chasing a single Access Bowl spot for one of their five champions, then "P5" and "Go5" are facts on the ground, rather than PR claims.
