Pappy's Predictions - #1
#1 - UL

I may be sticking my neck out a little on this one, but not too much.

POSITIVES: Four starters returning from a team that won 21 games is a good start, which includes scorers 2-5. Most importantly, double/double machine Bryce Washington is back. He is a true inside guy, dominates the boards and makes 60% of his shots. And the good news is that there are two other double-figure scorers returning to take the attention away from him. The Cajuns shoot the ball well and dominate the boards.

NEGATIVES: Gone is leading scorer Jay Wright, who was a good one. The Cajuns' defense is nothing to write home about. They could stand to be a good bit stingier. Opponents outshot them overall and from the arc.
