Obviously it would not be reflected in the current enrollment however it will be interesting to monitor going forward.

This is definitely a strategy, they started a program specifically to help international students get to UAB and succeed once there https://www.uab.edu/global/into-uab

It's a metric that UAB has spent a LOT of money and attention to change in the past 4 years
