My understanding as well. We are in that seating area and are being made aware of the ability to purchase more seats because there are so many openings.

I wonder if Athletics could be convinced to at least sell single game Chairback/Benchback seats to the Chairback/Benchback season ticket holders if they want to bring guests.

IMO the best idea would be to have a corporation "sponsor" an allotment of tickets, and provide them to local youth/non-profit organizations.

No thank you...if I am a chairback donor (I am not) I don't want any youth group sitting by me.

Those seat donations are for section A/G and the East side.

It is a sponsorship, not a write off. The point would be to target alumni, locals, business owners, etc. to come to their first game. The sponsorship would allow NIU to provide free tickets for the first game, free food the second game (person buys their ticket), and free premium club passes the third game (person buys their ticket). In return the corporate sponsor gets what can be agreed to, but you get the point. It's a sponsored program. It allows NIU to introduce its product to a new buyer where they are enticed to continue to buy.

When I say youth/non-profit organizations, I mean administrative members. A group of kids at a game is a band-aid fix (they don't have purchasing power).
