I want to pick the Bobcats but like Ball State last week losing to Illinois, I see a late game fade for the real OU, hope I'm wrong here

Buffalo 13 - Army 10
UB's defense looked excellent last week at Minnesota and I just can't see Army being a two-TD favorite here

Ball State 41 - UAB 17
This new UAB is no where near as good as the old one that briefly departed

Michigan State 26 - Western Michigan 24
Like the OU/Purdue game above, I hope I'm wrong here. Somehow MAC schools almost always find a way to lose these tight games instead of winning

Eastern Michigan 28 Rutgers 24
A loss to Rutgers would be deflating for EMU who are now at the point under this coaching staff to expect to win a game like this now

Miami 44 - Austin Peay 20
RedHawks get back to winning again

Northern Illinois 29 - Eastern Illinois 27
NIU needs to win this game; EIU is a very good team though

Kent State 24 - Howard 20
I know Howard won at UNLV last week so you've got to think Kent State looked at that game film and found something to exploit - right? Hope so

Central Michigan 27 - Kansas 24
Any loss to Kansas at this point in time would be sad for a Chip program looking to be bowl eligible in December

Bowling Green 34 - South Dakota 28
Remember almost losing to North Dakota last year? This SDU team is better than that NDU team

Akron 38 - Arkansas-Pine Bluff 23
A true must win for Akron

Toledo 34 -Nevada 30
Can't believe UT is nearly a 10-point pick here; the Wolf Pack at home are a good team...any win is a good win against a MWC team


As you can see - expect a lot of close calls this weekend involving MAC team, hope we win more than we lose...

Great weekend to warm up with Ohio @ Pa due and then go from noon to late evening tomorrow.

If one game bombs out, just flip the channel and get another MAC game.
