We've played Ole Miss and #11 OkSt, let us get into games we are actually supposed to be competitive in before we start calling for the guys head. How many SBC compete with the #11 team??? And also, we beat #19 and Miss St last year, so it's not like the guy is incapable of coaching.

Thought it would be more. Local HS changed games to Thursday when Baylor came to ULM for our game on Friday.

I just don't think Jones is the guy who is going to get it done for you. He reminds me way too much of Steve Roberts.

We played #2 Clemson to six points last year. We were down to Boise by 4 points with 2 minutes left. They will be ranked at some point. It's not so much the score, but the attitude the sideline reporter was conveying, as if you guys had a "there's nothing we can do" attitude. They're just too fast and too good. That may be true, but a true champion never says that out loud. They believe they can win.

There were traffic issues trying to get to the game last night. I'm not sure how much it affected attendance, but when I was on the way to the game I heard on the radio that there was a 10-mile backup on I-10 at the tunnel heading into Mobile. They mentioned it would be difficult to get to the USA game and it would be difficult for high school teams, bands, fans, and parents to get to the high school games. People on our board from the Eastern Shore were posting they were still stuck on the Bayway when I checked the board during the second quarter.
