Yep, brought the family down for that day.

The football game was so cold, and we were down 21-0, the family abandoned me for the warmth of the Ho House. Then the 4th quarter rally. 21-14 ... Tribe driving for the "tying" score ... told my buddies we have to go for two as Richmond was reeling... Not sure (Paul's vernacular ... I love it) why we didn't go for two and the win.

Then the hoops game ... family was throwing daggers as the game went on and on.

Just a depressing day!

GA Southern beat South Carolina State 41-16 the week prior, and then beat Wofford 23-20 the week after before losing to Delaware in the Semi's. That was their first year with a new coach and the triple option system, so they had some losses early, but they beat App State mid season who was #1, and then didn't lose again until the semis. It sucked to lose, but it was a really good team.

Oooooooops. Well, I did say earlier that the memory cells are starting to go. Must have been some other team some other year.
