Yesterday was flawless and everything I dreamed it would be. This weekend really felt like UAB, not just athletics, is turning the corner to being more big time. Throwing a major concert with 25k people Friday night followed by an excellent game day experience with 45k at the game watching us win. Yesterday was impressive and I think it's a glimpse of what's possible in the future.

UAB fans didn't just show up, but they wore green! It was a sea of green!

and I loved the dude walking around the stadium throwing penalty markers at folks wearing Auburn and Alabama gear...and was even more delighted to get in the stadium and find him sitting right behind us
