DALLAS (SMU) - The SMU Men’s swimming team dominated an under-manned Louisiana-Monroe squad Thursday in Monroe, Louisiana 118-64. Most of the Mustangs’ top swimmers swam their heats as exhibitions, but still won every event.

Next up for the Mustangs is a dual meet on Thursday, Jan. 13, against No. 3 Florida at Perkins Natatorium. The dual meet will give SMU an early look at one of the competitors in the 23rd Annual Dallas Morning News Classic. This year’s Classic field includes SMU, Arizona St., Cal-Berkeley, Florida, Florida St. and No. 19 Texas A&M.
