Go look at my past posts. Our chancellor sucks because he is a cuckhold for the UNC system. Our AD sucks because she thinks a college athletic department should be run like a family business and Title XI is "at the top of her success list". Finally, our coaches have to act like it's the local baptist church and still screw up on the risks they take.

Honestly, you're patronizing me at this point. EMU fans should be more excited, Charlotte has a lot of ground to go.

Here's the thing, the academia side of the school is highly against athletics, the local media offers almost zero coverage because of our proximity to UMich (8-9 miles between stadiums) unless it's to diss on the school or sports. 12k is a whole hell of a lot better than games I was going to 4 years ago, we just need to keep winning. Plus I missed yesterday's game due to work or else that Stadium might have been a bit louder.

Good insight. Glad to hear fans are coming back. You guys seem to get better every year. I just don't understand the gray field.

Me either, I think it has something to do with the theme, it doesn't bother me in person though, I do think it plays tricks on the eye when you're not used to it so it could be for a competitive advantage. Our former AD and Creighton have done a tremendous job building a culture and attracting donors for much needed improvements.

Guys, I picked against you, but I truly hoped I was wrong. Now is the time to support your team. They have a really tough game coming up.

RE: Charlotte Post Game Report
We need help and a lack of EMU fans can't do it.

RE: Charlotte Post Game Report
charlotte fans must realize that the poor condition of the football team is pay back from the AD Judy Rose. She was adamantly against the school having a football team and when the fans forced her hands she paid them back by picking a weak coach. She is nasty.

I think EMU is absolutely going the right way. While the field is hideous, the players seem to have bought in to what a pretty good coaching staff wants them to do. I like "the factory" identity.
Best of luck to you guys the rest of the way.

We'll go the right way as long as we have Creighton, who knows what will happen when he leaves. Thanks, you as well.

In regards to the gray field, the story I read was something to the affect of your coach or AD saying, "we'll play anyone anywhere, and that includes the damn parking lot!"

And they installed the gray turf shortly afterwards.
