Yes, but still in the transition period from DII to DI, which really seems to hurt the recruiting of teams going through it (including even NDSU). Texas State should be able to win this by 20.

Houston Baptist was never D2 and has been a full D1 member since 2011-12. They were in the Great West before joining the Southland and their first official year of football was the 2014 season.
