Seemed to be dancing a bit. Striding out on what were simple plant feet-arm throws, lowering release. Two blocked. Maybe not finding the lane or maybe it was the striding out. Missed a long, even commentator noted he wouldn't normally miss that.
Maybe "first game sharp."
Punt returner has a Corey Jones sense of survival. Some upcoming games when hopefully punt returner realizes they're not being relied upon to win the game, let the offense do it's job. A more cautious risk assessment would be nice. Go home to the family.
Vanilla Look: by design? It was Elon. But when do they open up? For Nevada? Tulsa? Miami? or do they put all their eggs on beating WMU?
From a fannish POV, it would be nice to see Julien in some capacity.
How can you people talk about Miami, when we still have to play Nevada and Tulsa. By the way if you didn't watch the game or came out to the Glass Bowl keep your opinions to yourself. Better yet follow B.G.
Just watched the game for the 4th time. Probably watch it again. Going to watch Tenn-Ga Tech now.

Is there something in that one-celled animal you call a brain that deduced that I was able to present those observations without actually seeing the game or were you making a random comment that no one would care about?
As for how can they talk about Miami, what is the difficulty you're imagining. Seems pretty easy to, we've been talking about it since it was announced. I suspect the coaches on the other hand, are keeping the players focused on next game. But believe it or not, what and when the fans talk about an opponent, really doesn't affect the game. No need to get snide to those doing so. It's not one of your fourth wall comic books. It's real.

Would be at every game if I lived anywhere close...I'll be at Miami (4+ hours away). I brought up Miami due to the d-line we will be facing...not overlooking anyone, but am free to bring up anyone on the schedule since I'm no longer a player and merely a fan. I was making an observation that our MAC season could go down the drain if the o-line does not improve its pass protection between Elon and Miami.

Pass protection and run blocking.

Mitchell Guadagni looked shaky. Hopefully it was just nerves.

Listening to the radio broadcast, Bruce was generally complementary of him. He commented on how important getting reps is for him because game speed is always faster than practice speed, and the only way to get used to that is to get into the game. With Bruce's years of experience and training he immediately sees mistakes the QB's and WR's make. He even knows what the DB's should be expected to be doing. He commented that one mistake Mitch made was throwing late over the middle, which he said you never do. Without a doubt, Mitch knows that. So, jitters and the speed of the game caused him to make a bad decision. The more experience he gets the better he will become. Let's hope he gets plenty!
