I agree 100%. I already said that he should not have been fired for it. A slap on the wrist and public apology would have been fine for me.

I guess it would depend upon his record over his 31 years..but..If THIS is why he gets fired? I think he has a pretty good case to sue the city and get his job back.

Need we be reminded that we just twice elected (overwhelmingly) a black man as the leader of this country?
