I agree on both accounts.

The only thing working against South is that this is OM's first game. Even in disarray, OM is a dangerous team.

If somehow South and TN Martin could switch places, I'd have an easier time calling the upset. (But there's absolutely no way in hell that TN Martin is going to win Game 2)

I hate it for you that it's Game 1.

My feelings exactly. They'll have residual good coaching and will be very fired up. Not to mention they have two new coordinators so gameplanning has been a little more difficult.

Seems like the easiest way to know that a team is overlooking you is when they are constantly telling everyone that they aren't overlooking you.

Besides that, isn't it a bit of an insult to say "we're treating South Alabama like Alabama"?

I mean, I certainly wouldn't want to hear "we're treating Arkansas State like Arkansas" out of opposing coaches.

I treat all people from Alabama like they are from Alabama.

No, it's not an insult. Alabama is the gold standard of the sport. Arkansas is a middle to lower tier P5 school. It's not the same.
