Great News for UTEP
Bob Stull the athletic director is retiring. While he is responsible for improving our athletic department he is also to be held accountable for not taking it to the next level. He has failed to pull the trigger on a couple of coaching hires and allowed year after year of disappointment. Overall he has accomplished a lot of good things for the Miners. UTEP needs to hire a home run name that can take our athletic programs to new heights. Here to hoping we make a good hire.

I feel like you guys in the conference aren't excited for us. Anyone have good names we can forward to our president?

Congrats on getting a new A.D.!! Now maybe things can get better at UTEP.

He seems to have been very mediocre---especially the last few years.

Next up--the CHARLOTTE AD needs to go!

JCMiner, not true. Despite being a Roadrunner fan, i am very excited for y'all. And a resurgent UTEP helps the whole conference.

Best of luck!

Always happy when someone gets the chance to make themselves better within conference. You'll get more enthusiasm and reply when you've hired someone and the message board experts have vetted them as an improvement or you'll be ridiculed for making a stupid hire. :)

Just not much to say till we know more.

Tell the president to look no further than Ms. Judy Rose. I'm sure she'll do mediocre things for your department if you just give her a chance.

Whoever gets the job should immediately fire Tim Floyd.
