The radar is looking a little better for the night, but the afternoon could be really rough. Not sure how we'll handle a tailgate.

We just called off our tailgate. I still plan to buy a new rain suit and show up for the game. We can't let a little rain discourage us.

OTOH, if there is a lightening delay, I'm getting in my car and heading home. I was at Arky State that time. Never again.

It was a real buzz kill having the season opener with a 8:15 pm Thursday night kickoff. Now, add pouring rain, that's a Double Tap.

Weather channel hourly changes every 5 minutes but they keep inching it forward, chance it could end around game time or maybe just light rain during game but the damage is done, ain't nobody goin.

It's going to be embarrassingly low.

Could be. Just saw a map that had memphis with the heaviest predicted rain fall in the area at 7-10 inches in the next 24hrs. Hoping we catch a break and most poshes through before game

If they're watching to see how bad the hurricane is, I doubt they'll be judging us for poor attendance. But, I see your point. I'd much rather have clear skies and 50K in the LB

We're not getting a little rain. There's not a program in the country that 5 to 12 inches of rain over 24 to 36 hours wouldn't affect attendance.

Unfortunately I won't be in attendance. Not because of rain but instead because I recently moved 1600 miles away. Will be my first football season to miss since 1st grade (circa 1986). Does anyone know how one could stream the game online?

I'll be there unless there's lightning. I don't play around with lightning. Almost got struck by some last year, don't want to experience that again.
