Am I correct in assuming that that 114 will change as the season goes on? IOW, if we beat ULM, and then ULM goes on a tear and wins the CUSA or wherever they are, that would positively improve our SOS?

If ULM manages to win both Cusa and the Sunbelt in the same season they would be the most awesome team in the FBS.

That is slightly surprising. Nice to know not everybody has USF ranked higher than us.

EVERY G5 sinks like a rock. Regardless of schedule, but I guess you can keep thinking what you want.

For example, Boise State lost one game by a field goal and failed to make a BCS Bowl for two straight seasons. The only way we don't drop like a rock is if we are playing another ranked team... which could happen multiple times if the season goes right, or not at all.
