Tim doesn't strike me as a tirade at an official type of guy... but who knows. I have not been fortunate enough to see him head coach a team as of yet and look forward to his sideline demeanor.

Cubit could really blow his stack if officials appeared to do him wrong. PJ had some serious fire out there... I look at Lester to be a more reserved leader. Who knows... should USC get the upper hand on a bad call against our Broncos is it possible that Lester lets the rage flow?

Curious to see how well Lester gets the guys pumped up in his pre-game speech... hopefully we get a little look inside the locker room pre-game.

I dont think Lester will be an inspirational pre- or post-game speaker. He just doesnt seem to be wired that way. I think he has some players on the team who are though, and hopefully they will fill that gap if there is one.
