Didn't realize we added UNC in 2020. These P5s would be great if we were moving to FBS but I think I would actually prefer more regional G5 games (ECU, App St, ODU, Navy, etc) at least every other year. You know, an annual game against a peer? 05-sosad

the DNR article today says that G5 teams are refusing to schedule us. we're definitely trying, but it takes two to tango.

Yeah I mean the G5 schools don't usually schedule top FCS teams in their cupcake game. You know ECU is dreading this game. The one FCS team they play is the reigning national champ and they played horrible last year.

If we knock off UNC or WVa, it will start getting harder to schedule P5 schools too. Plus some conferences (big 10) are trying to phase out FCS games.

I like to see Cincy and Memphis.

Not anymore they aren't. They were granted permission to schedule FCS again on years they only have four conference home games in their nine game B10 schedule.

Many B10 schools have recently announced the scheduling of new FCS programs moving forward.
