2019 targets
first, I've got a lot friends in Houston so definitely thinking about everyone there. We are going to get a lot of rain too but nothing like Houston.

I decided to start a 2019 targets thread because it could be a game changer for us. I know there is a long way to go but if we end up with Maxey that could lead to a couple of other top 100 recruits. The Crystal Ball now has Maxey 100% to SMU.

Also, we have a huge weekend next weekend for our 2018 class.

RE: 2019 targets
We have 2 juniors on the roster and one is McDuffie who I think is gone after this season. We have 1 verbal for 2019 that we picked up in May, which subsequently means he's not going to have much recruiting information.

http://www.espn.com/college-sports/baske...oni-gordon

Had offers from UAB and New Mexico State. I believe I read an article that teams were inquiring about him late summer but now I can't find it.

There's really no telling what our needs will be for 2019. When you're bringing in 7+ guys for 2018 the odds aren't great that every single one of them will work out. Maybe one of them turns out to be a stud and goes to the NBA.

We have around 10 offers out to Top 100 guys but who knows how mutual the interest is.

ESPN has Gordon as a 4-star. I'm surprised he doesn't have more offers.

I'm really excited about DeAntoni.

I'm really impressed with him, considering this video is from his Sophomore year of HS. He has the potential to be very good, especially if he isn't done growing. I don't know why he doesn't have more offers but would like to think it's because we go on him so early.

Probably a few 3* with mid-major offers.

I doubt he's any good. Gregg Marshall is still trying to figure this coaching thing out.

Pretty sure JHG722 was talking about Temple's recruits. Not every post has to be about Wichita State.

I agree but then it's best to high-lite the post talked about or it's easy to misunderstand. Even you said "pretty sure" which translates to "not totally sure". It's easy to get used to people taking "shots" at the Shockers right now. :)

You're obviously new to message boards. You WSU fans are already insufferable.
