Most articles call them Immigrants. They are ILLEGAL Immigrants! They entered the country illegally. Would LEGAL Immigrants go riding around in the back of a refrigerator truck?

You act as if this is the first time you've ever heard of such crazy methods of reaching America.

You are a person desperate enough to reach this country, you'll go to crazy levels to find a way in. The sad thing is that many of the people on that truck thought they were headed for a better life, but in reality would have found themselves a cheap labor making a penance for the person who helped them across the border to begin with. Or even worse, some could have been used as drug mule's.

Penance? Meaning: voluntary self-punishment inflicted as an outward expression of repentance for having done wrong.

I think you meant pittance. Meaning: a very small or inadequate amount of money paid to someone as an allowance or wage.
