Well, other than taking into account reality, you could right. 1-1 it is!

to be fair, the deck is a little stacked against us here...most of these types of games are going to be on the road. Just sayin'. I know you gotta win and expect to win regardless but playing at home is a world of difference.

I see three more likely wins on that list and two to three possibles. My guess is the final record will be between 4-13 and 7-10. Early results indicate a down year for the league.

Interestingly enough, the MAC has two P5 wins thus far. The MW has two as well.

It is early though. Big games next weekend.

Cherry picking would be Aresco's stats. Nonetheless, I figured you would settle down after the first few weeks, considering the AAC as a whole has not been overwhelming. Guess not.

We may not end up playing gt we can't practice until Thursday. That means two days to prepare for a triple option at best

Hmmm, overwhelming seems like an emotion. Here we base things on facts. So no matter how you are feeling, the aac is still on track to produce the ny6 bowl. Sdsu is way behind usf and houston. They're behind memphis and on par with navy and ucf right now. Thats five teams from the aac with a better shot then sdsu or any g4 team.

We're 6-0 vs the g4

You really have to work on the your emotions aren't reality thing.

How are you going to get out of playing the game? And what would be the excuse? "We didn't have enough time to prepare?" I would assume that would be a forfeit.

Wow. Any relation to Arkansas State fans? Florida is going through a potentially catastrophic natural disaster. Would your tone be the same if San Diego was in the midst of a devastating earthquake the week of their next football game at Colorado? Douche.

Ummm, I have evacuated my home, sandbagged it, and have taken my family, which includes a five day old daughter to my in-laws house. We are riding the storm out here, as my in-laws live three hours north of where we live, and do not live on a barrier island like my family does. My home is three blocks from the beach. Thankfully for us, the storm appears to be staying south.

I have been activated to respond to six Hurricanes in the past five years. The only reason I am not activated for this one, is because my Commander told me to take care of my new born as opposed to stage at the armory with my Soldiers. Thus I complied. I have more experiences serving during Hurricanes, and other natural disasters and personally preparing for them, than I would ever wish upon anyone.

Point remains, many teams make this work. For example, my Alma Mater has adjusted two straight years to Hurricanes. Last year, we played a game against North Greenville, instead of at home. This week, we played at Presbyterian College, instead of at home, and the players are at a camp ground. Miami Central played a game in Vegas on Friday night. Numerous other teams adjusted.

Furthermore, none of the players are essential first responders, like some of the rest of us. Thus, it is logical to transport them to another location, where they can practice and then play.

Be careful who you call a douche, when you know nothing of the person, their service, or their current situation.
