FAU has talent? Maybe they recruit well for CUSA, but it's all relative. Navy didn't have a problem with Notre Dame last year, who nobody denies has talent.

Alright. 8 days away. Like I said, there are going to be some disappointed people here after that game. Even ShlNavy knows his guys are in for a game.

Damn that was a hell of a game the mighty FAU team gave little ol navy.

Now pardon me while i ease back into the shadows to mourn my teams ny6 dream. . .

SLHNavy is getting paid.

You should still be in mourning.

Oh I am, you growing into a man and leaving behind your childhood fantasies isn't guaranteed though, so there is still hope I may not have to cry.

UC plays @MiamiOH next game. They are improved, it's at their place, we are not where we want to be, and probably biggest thing of all, we have won 11 in a row. They have to win at some point, and this year is their best shot in a decade.

After our showing vs Michigan, I know we can win this game (I had doubts pre season) but this is a 'rivalry' game and Miami see's a chance to snap 11 straight losses. This should be a great game. Hopefully UC wins and we keep the victory bell for the 12th straight year.

Tell that to the 6 "P5" teams (Rutgers, Syracuse, Kansas, Arizona St, Arizona, and Baylor) that lost to non-power conference teams this week. That's roughly 10% of the "P5", and much higher percentage of actual games played between the two divisions.

Those are all top 6 AAC games versus bottom of other G5 conferences. You were favored in all games, and did the expected 6-0. The Tulsa @Toledo game should be a better gauge of power.

Air Force and maybe UNM or MARSHALL are the only other upper half G5 matchups.

I understand the first 3 (former Big East rivals) on your list but what is Nebraska's connection?

Diaco is now their DC. He made some douchy remarks regarding his former job. Nebraska fans were celebrating the hire, but now many of them are calling for his head after giving up about 80 points in 2 games.

We have lost two games against the g4 in over two years. There is a clear seperation.

Tulsa's defense is out of sync and looking bad right now. They're still going to win vs toledo. I was thinking 7-14 points. It'll be a shoot out and I am thinking tulsa wins by 4.

Well, those games were played. And that stat discounts games against Army and BYU. So yea, it is misleading.

Anyway, it will be very interesting to see how things pan out this year. The AAC is a bit down, with all the new coaches. The MAC seems to be improved. The MW is about the same (Top Heavy).

Slowly coming back to reality I see fanhood, good for you keep working at it.

Can anyone off the top of their head tell me what the PAC's bowl record was two years ago? Big xii? Bowls are fun, but other than ny6 and playoffs no one pays attention to them. Players take them off, coaches leave. Regular season doesn't have any of that, its a flat equal best vs best on the field and in the booth.

Last I checked neither army or byu is in a conference and they for sure aren't in the G4.

I would like to take your assesment of teams and conferences seriously, but you picked fau to win vs Navy and that games outcome showed how biased your opinion is.

The MWC just lost its one shot at the ny6 bowl with boise going down. Even short games the AAC has the inside track now.

This logic doesn't stop G4 clowns from crowning themselves here in the past for beating up AAC bottom dwellers.
