Goherd24 and myself had a pretty good spat not all that long ago as we spewed venom and shared -negative rep points with each other and I never cared about meeting him much less becoming friends. Today I was able to host herd24 and his family for the solar eclipse since I live close to the center of Totality of the eclipse. Today I learned that most people on these boards are great people but yet are extremely passionate for our schools which leads to some nasty exchanges. While Herd24 has some nasty feedback, he is a great guy with an amazing family and im glad to call him a new friend of mine. Save travels!

Good stuff guys... that's what it's all about in the end...

I always say that those of us that post on message boards are probably far more alike than different and while we cheer for different schools we all would probably enjoy being around each other chugging beer and enjoying the sports we love.

The overwhelming majority of bad blood on the internet would never happen in face to face meetings.

All of us here love our schools/teams for the same reason, seems pretty foolish to dislike someone over where they went to school/what team they support regardless of how arbitrary the reason for supporting that team might be.

Nah, I am quite different...

Cool stuff. I used to work for Southern School Supply on Pedigo Way in BG. Johnny Webb and Stan Young. There were some awesome people at that company.
