Nothing has been announced for TV yet, all streaming I believe. Which is why I shouldn't have named the thread "TV deal"

All of our home games are streamed, and almost all (if not all) of our conference mates stream games too. TV is nice for exposure, but watching the games will not be a problem.

So ESPN isn't blackballing the CAA? You mean a random comment on a JMU message board was wrong? My world view is shattered.

If that's so, how in the world does D'Antoni not get an ESPN deal? Some Commissioner the CAA has.

CAA Viewing Announced
Announced that Richmond is working on getting games on broadcast TV. Albany with 5 scheduled for ESPN3, Maine with 3. Looks like this is a fend for yourself situation that for recruiting sake I hope we're being proactive on.

CAA shifts to digital platform for football game of the week; UR working on own package

We're still going to be streaming our home games via Stretch, right?

RE: CAA Viewing Announced
Honestly I'd rather the streaming thing we do over ESPN3. ESPN3 deals don't provide the teams with any money, and can be harder to watch than our stretch internet thing. They also don't really expand our brand, no random person is going to log onto ESPN3 to watch our games.

A lot of the small school games on ESPN3 are piggybacks of individual productions on Stretch or other platforms schools use.

It is more than anemic...I'd call it pathetic. What the h... happened to Comcast? Great coverage and games every week.

This streaming crud is for the birds.

And it appears basketball will be the same.

The league office should be ashamed of itself.

I don't disagree that streaming isn't as good as broadcast coverage...but as someone living in another timezone, streaming is the best thing outside of a nationally televised game. I'm particularly pleased that it looks like CAA games will be on Apple TV.

But would rather have streaming AND regionally televised games
