Wish my dad believed all the BS I tried to peddle at that age when I got in trouble like Keelon does with Dedric.

Asked Dedric about his suspension at Kansas, from punching his teammate. Dedric: "Just a basketball play gone bad."

Guy got caught cheating on a test and he said, "At least he's trying."

Seems like the Lawson's get into trouble at least once a month.

ugh. He's not doing his kid any favors by constantly defending him. He'll wind up a head coach somewhere having to hire him as his assistant.

It is just another tragic example of the culture we've all spent the last 40 years creating. 1979 can be pointed to as the year college sports began to spiral out of control and now it is so far gone its laughable. This is now the third generation and they really believe everything is a game and everything is hype and everybody cheats and all should be forgiven and they should never have to pay for the consequences of their actions. We should all be ashamed.

And sadly, we were on probation for FB and BB in '79.
