MSNBC Encourages Alt-Left Doxer Who Is Doxing The Wrong People
I hope Mr. Quinn sues this neckbeard into oblivion, who has since been doxed himself, cried about it, and then encouraged people to "fight back" by donating to his Patreon, which has since been shut down.
Quote:Leftists on social media sites, viewing pictures of the white supremacist rally on Saturday in Charlottesville, Virginia, decided they would target one participant and make his life a living hell.
They got the wrong man.
Kyle Quinn, who supervises a laboratory dedicated to wound-healing research at the Engineering Research Center at the University of Arkansas, discovered on Saturday that leftists had misidentified him as one of the white supremacists at the rally 1,000 miles away from where he lived.
One man rallying with the white supremacists had been photographed wearing an “Arkansas Engineering” shirt; leftists found a photograph of Quinn that bore a facial resemblance to the rallygoer, and then they went to work.
Quinn was targeted with vulgar messages on Twitter and Instagram, according to The New York Times. The messages accused him of being a racist, said he should be fired, and worst, posted his home address. Some tweets read “don’t let your kids near him” and “dude doesn’t need to be teaching anywhere” along with his picture. Quinn issued tweets saying that he wasn’t the man in the picture, that he was never in Virginia that weekend, and that he championed diversity at the University of Arkansas.

I disavow the violence and all the groups (left and right) involved, but do you agree with the doxing (posting their addresses, contacting their employers) of those who merely attended the rally and were non-violent? Do you not think that sets a dangerous precedent?
Mike Cernovich brought up a good point. He chose to not cover the event as a journalist, even given the fact that he isn't alt-right and has disavowed the alt-right, just because being there would have been bad optics. This seems to have proven him right.

You equate the Nazis with Heather Heyer, who was involved as a counterprotester.
Nice try.
Just curious, do you have a problem with James O'Keefe

I think it's kinda pathetic to spend time trying to out those racists, but it's more pathetic to be that openly racist and stupid and think there are zero possible consequences. I won't shed any tears if this guy ends up getting sued over this, but I'm even less sympathetic to anyone who ends up getting fired over their participation in that rally.

You're standing by the setting of a dangerous precedent. The right could now do the same with Black Panther (black supremacist) rallies.

I agree on both counts. Lots of folks don't realize the First Amendment doesn't protect them from getting fired by their employer for doing basically anything of which the employer disapproves.

Can you ever just answer a question?
I equate the Nazis with Antifa. There was plenty of violence other than the car attack.
Sure the NeoNazis and the Klan are really the true victims here, huh?
You are correct that there was a lot more violence . What you don't mention is that the overwhelming bu violence was done by Trump's buddies in the Ku Klux Klan and the Nazi Party. On Friday night, a UVa student was beaten half to death with a Tiki Torch while attempting to provide aid to UVA students standing on their own campus. He just fell into a coma today.
Look at it this way, the people who don't believe in your 'both sides' argument...Just about everyone. Those that agree with you. Donald Trump, The Klan, David Duke, the Nazi Party, and the Kentucky Governor.

Both sides had bad apples. That is obvious. Folks that ignore that are merely pushing a preconceived agenda. The "Trump's buddies" crap is contrived and played out as well.

I wouldn't want those people working for me, but this is a very dangerous precedent. First they came for the socialists....
And of course we have our own more recent history with the McCarthy era.

Don't forget the Charlottesville police chief and everyone outside of the far-left, fake news media.
You have truly gone off the rails lately. I pray that you get the help you need.

I'm not setting any new precedent. A private business has the right to fire anyone they want for just about any reason they want. If some BLM protester gets fired for being in public holding up a sign advocating violence against police or something like that then tough luck for him don't be an idiot in public.

Sure, I suppose I should just go to the Daily Stormer and Jim Hoft for my news.
Again, I'll let you get back to defending the Klan and the Nazis as the victims here.
